Lee Mack, the celebrated British comedian, was born on August 4, 1968, in Southport, Lancashire, England, United Kingdom. He came into the loving arms of John Michael McKillop and Delia Christine Grant and grew up alongside his brother, Darren John McKillop

Lee Mack started his educational journey at Birkdale Primary Junior School on Bury Road, then moved on to Stanley High School in Southport, and later attended Everton High School in Blackburn.

Career

Lee Mack shot to fame after winning the So You Think You’re Funny competition at the 1995 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Five years later, his comedic prowess earned him a nomination for the prestigious Perrier Award Main Prize for his sketch comedy show, Lee Mack‘s New Bits, where he shared the stage with Catherine Tate and Dan Antopolski.

Since then, Mack‘s star has continued to rise. He’s lent his talents to various projects, including portraying Graham, the security guard, in the original radio version of The Mighty Boosh.
