Within this umbrella, Hamilton Projects CC operates as a multidisciplinary engineering company offering commercial and engineering solutions in the SADC region. The company’s headquarters are situated in Melrose Arch, Gauteng. His extensive work portfolio spans diverse technical industries, including aviation, maritime, mining, and railway.

Hamilton Ndlovu faced challenges with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) in 2020 when his opulent car collection, showcased on social media, drew the attention of tax authorities. SARS uncovered that Ndlovu had not paid taxes on his substantial acquisitions, totaling millions of rand. 

During their investigation, SARS searched Hamilton Ndlovu‘s residence, seizing approximately R60 million in funds and assets, including over R6 million in bank accounts. Three of Ndlovu‘s Porsches—a Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet, a Porsche Cayenne S Coupe, and a Porsche Panamera GTS Sport—were confiscated.
