Early Life

Siza Mzimela stated that she is her parents’ second-to-last child.

she has ten siblings, including five brothers and five sisters, and was born into a household of eleven children.

Her parents raised her in South Africa, but she was raised in Swaziland by her older brother.

Her brother moved to the country to study at first. Then after graduating, he settled in the country.

She took over as temporary CEO of South African Express in 2017 after being appointed to the role. Siza Mzimela was named Chief Executive Officer of Transnet’s freight rail division in April 2020.
