Career

 Kompany’s professional career commenced with Anderlecht, where he won the Belgian First Division A title in 2004 and 2006. After his time at Anderlecht, he joined Hamburger SV in 2006 and remained there for two seasons. In 2008, Kompany moved to Manchester City.
