Clive Palmer, a well-known Australian businessman and former politician, was born on March 26, 1954, at Footscray Hospital in Footscray, a suburb of Melbourne in Victoria. His parents, Nancy Palmer and George Palmer, and his sister, Jean Palmer, nurtured him throughout his upbringing.
