Diddy Assaulting Cassie Allegations: Surveillance Footage Surfaces

Horrifying video footage has emerged, allegedly showing Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs violently assaulting his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. The release of this video has reignited concerns about the rapper’s alleged history of violent behavior.

The surveillance footage, recorded in a hallway at a Los Angeles hotel in 2016, appears to depict Combs beating and dragging Ventura before hurling an object at her. The clip was released by CNN, who obtained it last Friday, and it supports Ventura‘s claims of domestic violence against her ex-partner.

According to the report, the incident took place on March 5, 2016, at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, which has since closed. The video shows Ventura leaving a hotel room and walking quickly toward the elevator, followed by Combs, who is wrapped in a towel. He catches up to her, grabs her by the neck, throws her to the floor, and kicks her while she is motionless.

As Ventura lies on the ground, Combs retrieves a purse and suitcase from near the elevators and kicks her again. He then drags her briefly by her sweatshirt before walking away. After she stands up and gathers her belongings, Combs is seen shoving her and throwing an object at her.

The Relationship and Allegations

Diddy and Cassie, a model and singer famous for her hit Me & U, had an on-again, off-again relationship from 2007 to 2018. Astonishingly, the pair were seen together at a movie premiere in Los Angeles two days after the alleged altercation.

Ventura, now 37, filed a lawsuit against Combs, 54, citing physical abuse by the ‘Bad Boys‘ rapper. In her complaint, she stated that Combs assaulted her at the hotel after becoming “extremely intoxicated,” resulting in a black eye.

Although Ventura reached an undisclosed settlement with Combs, she declined to comment on the video’s contents when approached by CNN. The emergence of this footage has cast a renewed spotlight on the troubling allegations against the music mogul, raising questions about the extent of the abuse Ventura suffered and the broader issue of domestic violence in high-profile relationships.
