Drake turned Stake’s anniversary broadcast into one of the most-watched livestreams on the internet this week, folding a seven-figure giveaway, a staged dating segment and a string of jabs at rival rappers into a single event that dominated social media on Sunday.

Drake hosted the stream to mark the online gambling platform’s anniversary, and it featured a $1 million giveaway alongside a “20-versus-1” speed-dating segment run by Kyle Forgeard, a member of the Nelk Boys, according to the Express Tribune.

Twenty women vied for Drake’s attention over a series of short one-on-one conversations, a format that has become a recurring bit on Kick and Twitch broadcasts. The broadcast reportedly became the most-watched stream in the world at one point during its run.

At the end of the segment, Drake singled out three women for gifts. Jordyn Lucas walked away with a Birkin bag and $25,000. Streamer and adult content creator Lena The Plug, who is married to podcaster Adam22, received $25,000 and an all-expenses-paid trip with Drake, a prize that immediately drew attention given her marital status.

The third recipient was a contestant widely identified online as Twitch streamer Pinkchyu, referred to during the segment as the “goth” pick, who was given a new house for her mother to retire in, valued by online commentators at roughly $400,000, according to the Tribune’s report and posts shared during the broadcast. Clips of the moment, captioned with the claim that Drake had chosen her as his “wife,” spread rapidly across X and TikTok in the hours after the stream ended.

Pinkchyu, who has built a following as a goth-styled Twitch personality, appeared visibly emotional on camera as the gift was revealed. She has been a recognizable name in streaming circles for over a year, having previously been at the center of public speculation tied to a cheating controversy involving fellow streamer Tectone.

Her reaction to the house pledge became one of the most replayed clips from the broadcast, spawning reaction videos, remixes, and commentary across TikTok, where posts about her have collected tens of millions of views.

The Lena The Plug moment carried its own layer of controversy. Video circulating from the stream showed her removing her wedding ring after an on-camera hug with Drake, a small gesture that nonetheless became a flashpoint given her marriage to Adam22, the Kick and podcast personality known for hosting the show No Jumper.

Neither Lena nor Adam22 issued an immediate public statement addressing the clip, though it continued to circulate widely alongside commentary questioning the optics of the exchange.

Beyond the gifts, Drake used the platform to address his standing in hip-hop, riffing on rivals without naming most of them directly. He suggested other artists were releasing albums in rapid succession and warned that responses to his own music should be measured carefully, a line widely interpreted as a shot at unnamed peers, per the Tribune.

Commentator DJ Akademiks speculated that a remark about celebrating an anniversary “on a yacht” despite disliking boats was aimed at rapper Lil Yachty, though Drake pushed back on that interpretation and denied it was intended as a diss. He also made a separate comment referencing Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label and pending legal matters, a line that some viewers read as a pointed reference to ongoing tension between the two camps.

The stream arrived during a commercially active stretch for Drake, who has released three projects in a relatively short window, including the album Iceman, which has been performing well on the Billboard charts.

The Stake broadcast is part of a longer-running relationship between Drake and the gambling platform, which also backs the streaming service Kick and has sponsored several of his previous livestream appearances, including past giveaway events with streamers such as Adin Ross and xQc.

As of Sunday, none of the participants named in the broadcast, including Pinkchyu, Lena The Plug or Adam22, had issued formal statements beyond their appearances in the stream itself.

The clips continued to trend across platforms, with much of the online conversation centered on the size of the gifts, the wedding ring moment and speculation over what, if anything, Drake’s rap-related comments signal for his ongoing exchanges with other artists in the industry.
