Melania Trump Contrasts Biden on Immigration in National Archives Speech

Posted By Kaptain Kush

Former First Lady Melania Trump delivered a speech at the National Archives on December 15, 2023. Her remarks highlighted the arduous journey of becoming a U.S. citizen and emphasized the importance of “guarding freedom” and “contributing to society.” This stance starkly contrasts the Joe Biden administration’s efforts to grant citizenship to tens of millions of foreign invaders.

During the event attended by 25 immigrants sworn in as U.S. citizens, Mrs. Trump recounted her immigration journey and stressed the significance of the U.S. Oath of Allegiance. She said that the pathway to citizenship is “arduous” and that she felt a “tremendous sense of pride and belonging” after taking the oath.

In her speech, Mrs. Trump also spoke about the importance of being a responsible citizen and contributing to society. She said that the United States is a nation built on the foundation of freedom and that it is the responsibility of every citizen to protect and preserve that freedom.

However, the Biden administration’s immigration policies have been a subject of controversy, with critics arguing that the administration’s efforts to grant citizenship to tens of millions of foreign invaders undermine the rule of law and the integrity of the nation’s borders.
