Michael Aniekeme Meshach, aged 42, widely known by his stage name Mish, has sadly departed from this world, leaving his fans and the Nigerian music community in mourning.

According to a close family member, Mish breathed his last in Abuja, a heartbreaking revelation that shook many on Thursday, February 15.

Hailing from Akwa Ibom state, Mish skyrocketed to fame in 2011 with his iconic song Akwa Ibom Ayaya (I Want To Go Home), which delighted audiences nationwide and became a viral sensation across various social media platforms.

Despite the immense success of Akwa Ibom AyayaMish seemingly retreated from the spotlight, entering a phase of musical hiatus, where little was heard from him in subsequent years.
