Growing up in a large family, he shared his childhood with eight siblings. Emory’s father, Emory Andrew Tate I, excelled in the legal profession as an attorney, while his mother, Emma Cox Tate, successfully managed a truck leasing business.

Emory Tate and Eileen Tate were married for twelve years, from 1985 to 1997. They were blessed with the joy of having three children named Andrew Tate, Janine Tate, and Tristan Tate throughout their marriage. However, unfortunately, their marriage came to an end, and they decided to part ways. After their divorce, Eileen relocated with their beloved children to Luton, England.
