Michael Opeyemi Bamidele was born on July 29, 1963, in Iyin Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria, to the late Sir Stephen Ogunjuyigbe Bamidele and Madam Juliana Tinuola Bamidele. He might have had siblings but details about them are unknown.
