Early Life & Education

Bucci Franklin was born on June 9 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The year of his birth is, however, not known. He hails from Nkwerre in Imo State, in southeastern Nigeria.

Bucci Franklin had his primary education at Bereton Primary School and New Covenant Secondary School, both in Rivers State, respectively.

He later obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Abuja, Nigeria. Bucci Franklin was very active in on-stage performances in his university days.

Bucci Franklin made it into the entertainment world Immediately after he graduated from the university as a presenter at Multi-Mesh Broadcasting Company, owner of Love FM 104.5 Abuja.

While there, Bucci Franklin co-anchored the “Morning Show” and independently anchored “Abuja on the Move” for 5years.

He made his debut presentation on the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), where he was the host of a TV program called “Rising Stars“.
