In June 2015, the 33-year-old Osas Ighodaro wed the Nigerian actor Gbenro Ajibade. Their union produced a beautiful daughter, Azariah Tiwatope Osarugue Ajibade, simply known as Azariah Ajibade or Azariah T.O. Ajibade, in 2016. They decided to separate in 2019 since their marriage could not endure the test of time. In 2019, their divorce was finalized.
