Esther Ajayi is a Nigerian prophetess born in Mushin, Lagos, Nigeria. Aged 61, also known as Iya Adura, she was born on April 2, 1963.

Rev Mother Esther Ajayi is the third of six children born to her parents. From early childhood, she exhibited spiritual gifts and started preaching at the age of eight.

She attended Christ Apostolic Church Nursery and Primary School and later completed her secondary education at Ikeja Senior Grammar School, Bolade-Oshodi, Lagos.
