Early Life

Khosi Twala was born to South African parents on the 10th of August 1997. She was born and raised in the Rainbow Nation. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Twala, decided to give her her birth name – Makhosazene.

She is originally from Newcastle, in KwaZulu-Natal. She spent her formative years residing in the province in the southeastern part of the country. Khosi Twala hails from the Zulu tribe in South Africa. She comes from a family of six. She has three siblings – two brothers and a sister. She is also known by the nickname – Yo-highness K. She earned the alias during her teenage years.

Khosi Twala has been passionate about building a career in the media industry for many years. Because of her love for TV, she decided to study Journalism for her first degree. As an undergraduate, she interned at media houses in Bloemfontein to gain work experience in her industry.
