His upbringing was shaped by his parents, specifically his mother, Prophetess Ajibola Anike Olatunji, JP, as the identity of his father remains Mr. Olatunji. Interestingly, before embracing her ministerial calling, Damola‘s mother was a fashion designer. As the second child in the family, Damola spent part of his childhood in Ife.

After completing his primary and secondary school education in Ife Osun state, Damola Olatunji decided to pursue a career in Engineering. With this goal in mind, he enrolled at Yaba College of Technology in Yaba, Lagos state.
