Joseph Momodu Abubakar (25 November) is a spectacular Nigerian actor, model, and media personality. He becomes prominent for his appearance in the music video of Joromi, a music video of Nigerian singer Simi. 

He is also appreciated for his role in the TV series Tinsel, Cracked on Wall Tv, Soul Sisters, Inspector K web, and The Johnsons.

Early Life & Education

Joseph Momodu Abubakar was born in the summer of 25 November (birth year undisclosed). He originates from Etsako-West, Agbede, in Edo State, South-South, Nigeria.

He is rumored to be the child of the renowned Dele Momodu. However, it hasn’t been verified if the Nigerian journalist is the actor’s father.

Joseph Momodu was born into the royal family of Oba Momodu II of Agbede as a Muslim, but he, along the line, decided to switch to the Christian religion. 

Joseph Momodu graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Delta State University, Abraka.

Career 

Joseph Momodu started his career as a model before delving into the acting profession. He started acting professionally in 2013, making his debut in a TV series titled Civilian Barracks, produced by Mega Creations.

Ever since he has starred in numerous Nollywood movies such as; Big Fat Lie, On My Honour, Tanwa Savage, Girlfriends, Missing Link, Swim, Call of the Void, and Surprising Wedding.

Joseph Momodu has also appeared in TV series roles such as Soul Sisters, Tinsel, and Mama’s Book (TV Series) by Apreel Ventures, Cracked in Wall, Inspector K web, and The Johnsons. IMDb noticed him for his role in Bond, Inspector K (2017), and Olokun (2021).
