Adedeji Adeleke, the renowned Nigerian billionaire businessman, was born in Enugu, Nigeria, on March 6, 1957, to Raji Ayoola Adeleke and Esther Nnena Adeleke. He is an indigene of Osun State, Nigeria.

Adedeji Adeleke and his siblings were raised in an affluent household by their prosperous businessman and politician father. He is related to Ademola Adeleke, the governor of Osun State.

Growing up in Lagos, Nigeria, Adedeji Adeleke had a brother named Isiaka Adeleke, who later became known as the Osun Governor.

Adedeji Adeleke, 67, has experienced two marriages throughout his life. Unfortunately, his first wife, Dr. Veronica Adeleke, died in 2003. During their marriage, they were blessed with four children: Adewale Adeleke, David Adeleke (popularly known as Davido), Sharon Adeleke, and Coco Adeleke. 

However, after losing his first wife, Adedeji Adeleke found love again and tied the knot with Teju Adeleke in 2015. Despite being happily married to Teju Adeleke, they have not yet welcomed any children.
