Theo Traw was born on the 28th of August 1993 to the family of Mr. and Mrs. Tsoagong. He is a South African by birth. He was born in a public-run medical centre in Johannesburg city. 

His official government name is Tiholo Theophilus Tsoagong. He was born and bred in Johannesburg, Gauteng Province.
