Early Life

Yvonne Godswill was born into the family of Mr. and Mrs. Godswill. She was birthed on the 21st of October 1995 in a private-run hospital in Lagos State. She spent her formative years as a Lagos State resident. 

Although Yvonne Godswill was born and bred in Mainland Lagos, she is originally from the South-South region of Nigeria. She hails from Akwa Ibom State. She is from a close-knit family of five. She is the last child of the family and has two older brothers. 

She is from a devout Christian home that prioritizes good moral values. She and her parents attended a Pentecostal church in their neighborhood as a young girl. Yvonne Godswill developed a soft spot for the creative industry from a young age. In her spare time, she often wrote children’s stories in her notepad and produced plays from some of these stories with her close friends. 

As Yvonne Godswill advanced, it became clear that she aspired to become an actress. She was a popular student in her secondary school because of her involvement in the school’s Drama Club. Whenever the university was on break, she would audition for film roles, and by doing this, she appeared in short films and web series produced by independent filmmakers.  

Upon graduation from the university, Yvonne Godswill became a full-time commercial model. She got signed up with a modeling agency in Lagos and began getting high-paying gigs. Over time, she has worked for several fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.

Besides modeling, Yvonne Godswill is also a brand influencer.
